In our sessions we explore your thoughts and emotions together, discover what may be holding you back, I help you process traumas and stress-related issues and let go of the associated negative emotions. Whether you are struggling with personal challenges, emotional difficulties, or are looking for personal growth, I stand by you to support you and help you build your well-being and growth.
My approach
I believe in both a scientific and holistic approach to therapy . Your body, mind and environment are all interconnected and influence your well-being and happiness. According to mainstream science, a trauma ( which is often the basis of stress-related problems and fears) consists of 4 components (CASE). I have added a 5th component (S-Spirituality). This component is essential to me in a healing process since s -spirituality means nothing more or less to me to work with energies from consciousness.

About Petrie
I live and work in Ibiza and travel to the Netherlands every month to do 1-on-1 sessions face to face with existing and new clients on request. This allows me to have sessions both in the Netherlands and in Ibiza but also remotely (online via Zoom) in which I can provide optimal guidance, tailored to what suits the needs of my clients.
Havening Techniques®
Havening Techniques® is an innovative psychosensory therapy based on neuroscience, designed to help you process trauma and stress-related issues and release the associated negative emotions.
With this method you can reduce stress and anxiety complaints in a fast, effective and simple way. In addition, Havening helps with personal growth and strengthening your resilience.
The technique restores the brain's self-healing capacity through a combination of gentle touches to the face, palms and arms, along with psychological distraction. This creates a sense of safety and relaxation, allowing emotions linked to traumatic memories to be decoded and transformed into neutral.
1-on-1 coaching and therapy sessions
1-on-1 coaching and therapy sessions, based on Havening Technique®, breathwork and energy work of 1.5 – 2 hours. Follow-up sessions last on average 1.5 hours.
These are individual therapy sessions, aimed at helping you process traumas and stress-related issues and to release the associated negative emotions. Together we discuss the duration of this trajectory and we see each other every other week, depending on your needs.
In addition, during the first session I will teach you a powerful self-Havening technique that you can apply to yourself. You can use this technique in tense or stress-related situations to relax yourself. But also to deal with certain feelings in a more relaxed way and to build resilience.
€150 per session
Sessions can take place either in person or online.
