We start by creating insight into the different types of brains we have as humans, how exactly your thinking works and where your thoughts actually come from. You will learn how to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts, get to know your inner critic and get the 4 main points of positive psychology. Finally, you'll learn why positive thinking alone doesn't work and get the great integration trick. When you are mentally fit and healthy, you are automatically so physically. Everything is a correlation.
